TOTAL-e™ Services --- These annual-contract services provide complete electronic service solutions for business owners, including the design, implementation, and hosting of a virtual storefront (electronic commerce web site); optional online marketing & promotion services; and optional online order processing. Special offerings include:
TOTAL-e™ Off-Line --- This service offers a business owner all the advantages of electronic commerce without even touching a computer. All setup, online promotion, and online order processing is done by UNIphant Enterprises. Order information is forwarded to you via fax. Products are drop shipped via your existing infrastructure and checks are mailed to you from UNIphant Enterprises.
FULL-e™ On-Line --- This service offers a business owner a complete electronic commerce infrastructure together with an on-going marketing & promotion campaign. The design, initial implementation, first year of hosting and first year of online marketing & promotion are included. UNIphant also assists you in setting up online order processing (often via your existing merchant account provider). You receive orders via email and are responsible for processing and fulfilling them.
FUNDAMENTAL-e™ On-Line --- This service offers a business owner a complete electronic commerce infrastructure with a minimum of on-going charges. The design, initial implementation, and first year of hosting is included but you conduct your own online marketing & promotion campaign.
PROMOTIONAL-e™ On-Line --- This service provides your existing electronic commerce business with an on-going marketing & promotion campaign, including classified ads, search engine submissions, affiliate links, and more.
FRUGAL-e™ Free-Start --- This service offers a qualified business owner all the advantages of electronic commerce with zero startup costs. Setup charges, maintenance fees, and promotion fees (all required) are paid from a negotiated percentage of online sales revenues.
SPIRITUAL-e™ In-Touch --- This service offers Christian non-profit organizations complete web evangelism solutions, including the design, implementation, and hosting (via partner) and online marketing & promotion services aimed at bringing Christians or "seekers" to the site. Organizations with current SPIRITUAL-e™ In-Touch contracts may also be eligible to share in the Dad’s Place Ministries Charitable Fund.
SPECIAL-e™ Naming Service --- This service assists a new business owner with the naming of the business, products, and services by cost-effectively searching Internet and U.S. Patent & Trademark databases.
e-STABlishment™ Service --- This fixed-price service is a one-time, reasonably-priced package for businesses and organizations that need a quick, low-cost presence on the Internet but do not need online ordering capabilities. It includes the creation of a one-page, three-page, or five-page web site in less than two weeks. As an option, this can include registration of an Internet domain name for the client together with recommendations on additional related domain names that should be protected. If the client selects one of UNIphant’s recommended hosting providers, UNIphant will "upload" the new web pages at no extra cost.
Christian Outreach e-STABlishment™ Service --- This fixed-price service is a one-time specially-priced package for Christian organizations that need a quick, low-cost presence on the Internet but do not need online ordering capabilities or on-going promotional assistance. It includes:
e-sSENTial™ Service --- This fixed price service is a one-time, reasonably-priced package for businesses and organization needing a quick, low-cost, branded e-mail presence on the internet using one of UNIphant Enterprises’ recommended free e-mail providers. An existing, registered domain name or a minimum one-page e-STABlishment™ Service is a prerequisite for this offering. We will also establish a (free) fax number whereby all incoming faxes will be forwarded to you via e-mail.
SPECIAL-e™ Branding Service --- This service assists a new business owner with the naming of the business, products, & services together with assistance in establishing & publicizing the new names and/or trademarks by bundling the SPECIAL-e™ Named Service, the e-sSENTial™ Service, and a one-page e-STABlishment™ Service including the registration of one domain name for two years.
SPECIAL-e™ Outreach Service --- This specially-priced service package assists a new Christian project or organization with the naming of the organization, products, & services together with assistance in establishing & publicizing the new names and/or trademarks by bundling the SPECIAL-e™ Naming Service, the e-sSENTial™ Service, and an Christian Outreach e-STABlishment™ Service PLUS the registration of one Internet domain name for three years PLUS an e-nLISTment™ Service which will submit your new site to over one hundred Internet directory and search engine sites, including the most popular Christian search sites.
e-VALUation™ Service --- This is a guaranteed, fixed-price service for owners of existing electronic commerce businesses. UNIphant Enterprises evaluates your web site (up to 25 pages) and your current promotion efforts. A written report is provided via e-mail with specific recommendations for enhancement and improvement. If you implement all of the "primary" recommendations from the report and do not experience an increase in sales within one year which is at least equal to the cost of the service, the difference will be refunded upon request (with reasonable documentation).
e-nLISTment™ Service --- This is a fixed-price service for business owners and organizations who need to have an existing web site listed with a large number of online search engines and directories such as Yahoo, AltaVista, and others.
e-SHOPper™ Service --- This is a fixed-price service for business owners, organizations, and individuals who need to locate the best places on the Internet to purchase certain products. As an option, you may choose to have UNIphant Enterprises buy the products on your behalf and have them drop-shipped to you or a third party.
e-SOURCE™ Service --- This is a negotiated-fee service for business owners and other organizations who need to locate the best places on the Internet to purchase certain supplies and raw materials. In many cases, fees may be negotiated based on the potential savings for you.
e-SEARCHer™ Service --- This is a fixed-price service for business owners and other individuals who need to know which web sites will provide them with certain kinds of information but do not want to take the time searching for them. You fill out a form on the Internet. UNIphant Enterprises personnel then search the Internet and screen the results and provide a list of encoded Internet addresses back to you via email.
e-QUALITY™ Service --- This is similar to a "secret shopper" service but for electronic commerce businesses. Company personnel will engage your order processing mechanisms and customer service and provide a written report (via e-mail) with specific recommendations for enhancement and improvement.
e-vANGELism™ Service --- Similar to e-VALUation™ Service but for evaluating existing non-commercial evangelism efforts on the Internet.
e-MANUAL™ Service --- This service creates HTML files for existing documentation so that they may be accessed using Internet browser software. Pricing for this service is based on the number of words, the number of graphics, and the media/format of the existing document. <Please send us an e-mail with a brief description of the documentation to be converted>
PLUS-25 Satisfaction GUARANTE-e™ Service --- This service provides business owners with a way of making your customers feel more comfortable in buying products or services at your web site. After receiving your application fee, we will evaluate your company, your products, your web site, and your customer returns policy. If and when your business meets certain criteria, you will receive written permission to place the PLUS-25™ seal on your site. Your site will also be listed on and linked to a special section of the UNIphant Enterprises LLC web site, a place where people can go to shop with confidence. The Dad's Place Ministries Charitable Fund will receive PLUS-25™ payments from business owners and ensure the distribution to approved charity organizations.
